Eli Nof
Eli was born in Ge'a, Israel during the Six-Day War to Lea Disalvia and Giuseppe Bonfitto, two of the original settlers from San Nicandro.

Eli grew up in Ashkelon, and now lives with his wife and children outside of Netanya. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Israeli army.

Eli's last name, "Nof", is a Hebrew translation of his Italian name, "Bonfitto", which in the dialect from San Nicandro means "beautiful view".
